Working directly with designers and contractors, Belstone pinpoints the most appropriate stone, kitchen, and bath products for each project and talks to customers through each option to provide them with a clear understanding of each step.


    Engineering and Bidding

    Once Belstone receives a bid, the engineering team creates a set of bid drawings visually describing the products required for a project. Bid drawings enable Belstone to prepare accurate competitive bids. In addition, the Engineering and Bidding process aids communication, lending a more in-depth understanding of the products.

    Streamlined Project Management

    Under the discriminating care of Belstone’s seasoned project managers, the three-tiered project management structure ensures detailed project management and accountability throughout each step.

    1. First Tier: The first tier of project management occurs at the Belstone headquarters in Van Nuys, California, where project managers shepherd the project from inquiry, to bid, to order.

    2. Second Tier: The second tier of project management occurs in the Xiamen, China office where project managers take care of the production and shipping requirements needed to fabricate and transport the order to the United States.

    3. Third Tier: Belstone’s final tier of project management occurs in the sales office where each sales manager tracks the project through delivery, communicating progress with the customer.

    Production and Logistics Management

    Successful delivery is a team effort, bolstered by streamlined communication, and constant interaction amongst a close-knit network of producers and vendors.

    1. A project manager initiates production once a bid is approved.
    2. Clients are updated on the progress of their order throughout the entire production process.
    3. A logistics team schedules freight and delivery dates.

    Customer Support

    Belstone remains available beyond the delivery of products and the customer service team is always available to help with questions about installation and performance.
